Lemon sun-dried tomato cream

A reinterpretation of our “Favola” sauce. Based on sun-dried tomatoes and radicchio, lemon juice is added to give an extra touch of freshness. A sauce, flavorful, delicious for fancy seasoning of pasta dishes, bruschetta, crepes.

Ingredients: Dried tomatoes 40%, sunflower seed oil, lemons 10%, bear radicchio 10%, (Cicerbita Alpina), extra virgin olive oil, wild asparagus, garlic, hot pepper, thyme, wild mint, natural flavors. Sugars: dextrose, fructose. Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid.
