Oil produced from 100% Italian olives, pressed in our innovative and modern temperature-controlled plant at below 27 degrees, within a maximum of 48 hours of their arrival at our mill. Harmonious and balanced, it is immediately filtered and stored in our silos with nitrogen. The type of olives used produces a light, delicate and refined fruity oil, which is born from the earth with full respect for the environment and nature, pleasantly pleasing the palate. It is perfectly suited to all Mediterranean dishes.
