Bigucci’s pitted olives in EVO oil are soft and delicious on the palate. Their bitterish flavor gives them an unmistakable personality. Soaking in brine, according to the ancient traditional recipe, and subsequent storage in our Extra Virgin give the product pleasant and balanced aromas and flavors. Perfect to pair with any dish, from meat to fish to salads.

Ingredients: pitted olives (olives, water, salt, acidity correctors: citric acid and lactic acid) (65%), extra virgin olive oil (35%).

The pitting process is fully automatic; however, pieces or fragments of stone may remain.
