It is a harmonious, unfiltered oil with an extraordinary wealth of polyphenols, natural antioxidants. It is the synthesis of the oil-making tradition handed down from our ancestors, denser and richer in properties. An extra virgin bottled as it came out of the mill. From the type of olives used, we obtain a light, delicate and fine fruity oil as it comes from the earth in full respect of the environment and nature, pleasantly bonding with the palate.
