Our lemon oil is produced exclusively on the last day of the oil mill’s opening, when fresh olives are ground together with whole, fragrant lemons, harvested and processed on the same day. The result is an oil with a fresh and lively profile, where the fruity intensity of the olive blends with the bright citrus notes of the lemon.
Ideal for enhancing fish dishes, salads, vegetables, carpaccio and creative desserts.
