Since 2017, after a long process, we have obtained permission to produce organic oil: this has resulted in a delicate-tasting oil whose certification guarantees its high quality and full traceability. Our organic extra virgin olive oil is ideal for those who love a healthy diet and care about the environment in which they live. It is cold pressed from 100% Italian olives from organic farming, processed immediately after harvesting. Natural decanting oil may leave slight deposits at the bottom of the bottle.
