Inside is an oil produced from 100% Italian olives, pressed within at most 48 hours of their arrival at our mill. From the type of olives used, we obtain an exceptional light fruity oil with hints of grass and almond, delicate and fine as it comes from the earth in full respect of the environment and nature.
