Our garlic oil is the result of a patient, artisanal process: each clove is peeled by hand, with care and respect for the raw material, and then left to infuse in extra virgin olive oil for about two weeks. This slow, natural method allows the garlic to release all its aroma in a balanced and enveloping way.
The result is a condiment with a strong but harmonious flavour, perfect for seasoning bruschetta, vegetables, soups, grilled meats and traditional pasta dishes.
No artificial flavours or industrial shortcuts, just oil, fresh garlic and the right amount of time.
